Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.


How to Request Account Deletion

If you want your TalkMuchAccess account and associated data permanently deleted, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Send a Deletion Request

Email us at:

Account Deletion Request

Include the following information in your email:

  1. Your full name
  2. The email or phone number used in your account
  3. A confirmation that you want your account deleted

Example:

β€œI request the permanent deletion of my TalkMuchAccess account and all related data.”

What Happens When We Delete Your Data

Once we receive your request, we will:

βœ” Verify your identity to protect your account

βœ” Process your request within 3–7 business days

βœ” Permanently delete the following data:

  1. Account profile information
  2. Email or phone number
  3. Login details
  4. App usage data
  5. Communication records
  6. Any stored preferences

Data We May Retain (If Required)

To comply with legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention requirements, certain data may be retained for up to 90 days, such as:

  1. Transaction records
  2. Security logs
  3. Abuse or fraud flags

After the retention period, this data is also permanently deleted.

Can I Delete Some Data Without Deleting My Account?

At this time, users cannot delete specific data without requesting full account deletion.
